  Friendly fun accurate efficient service. Chris, Austin, Eddie, and that guy who made my spicy steak fajita sandwich did an awesome job making me feel special and satisfying my hunger. Keep up the good work and if you're hungry, go eat at this Arby's.

  Awesome awesome, service and food quality. I came through your drive thru in Ravenna, Ohio today at around 5:15pm. I used a coupon for 2 chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches for $5 and a Jamocha shake. Not only were those the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had but the lady at the window was so professional and polite, I am really impressed. I had a similarly pleasant experience yesterday at the newton falls Arby's location (@around 4pm) with excellent food quality and above and beyond excellent customer service. Give yourselves a pat on the back. ☆☆☆☆☆

  It had to 90° in there but the food was good. The wait was also very long, but again the food was good so good it was kinda worth the wait. Not really but still...lol

  The general manager went above and beyond to help me with a large order that I had placed, even helping me carry everything out to my car. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly - I was definitely impressed!
